• Owner and operations manager of Brushstroke Painting and Redecorating-small company I started in March- we specialise in residential, commercial and maintenance painting in the greater Cape Town area.
• We oversee repairs, waterproofing issues and all types of painting dependant on the client specification or on the paint supplier's specification dependant on the job and site.

I worked hand in hand with the owner/MD Ross Peacock running many large scale projects and overseeing them from inception to finish, with various tasks other than production and project management- staff management, procurement, problem-solving, quality control, stock and financial management and various other tasks within the painting and redecoration realm.
