I draw from my 18 year background in hospitality, starting as a waiter at the age of fifteen. Here, I trained and mentored peers and aspiring youths to enter the field. I have experience in business and project management gained through hard work. I have strong communication skills and customer service with a sensitivity to others' needs.
I have extensive product knowledge in facilitation which has laid the foundation for the avid interest in training and mentorship.
My career in teaching Business English, combined with my previous work experience has taught me valuable social skills, enhanced my communicative and empathic abilities. Organizational and management opportunities have proven most useful for self-improvement within an autonomous corporate structure.
