My role in the property business was a little bit more admin work then previous job, but this position showed me how to manage my time plus multitasking and deal with clients on a different level. I learnt how other programs and how they work for a company and how to make the business run.

• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Responded to inquiries from callers seeking information.
• Resolved customer problems and complaints.
• Confirmed appointments, communicated with clients, and updated client records.
• I assisted with data capturing as well , being invoices or stock take that needed to be done.

I gained to love the hospitality industry within the Saveur group. I started waitressing in Feb 2019, I was then prompted to a manager plus head waiter of their other restaurant called I love waffles. During my time with the company, I gained a great deal amd experience with leadership, customer satisfaction, managing, ordering stock and supplier relationship. I have learnt how to run a successful business and feel confident in this position of management.

When I joined this group, it was an exciting experience for me I had a lot to learn and experience plus gain with this company. I started as a junior manager in 2021 and was in charge of a few things, but that changed in the middle of 2022 when I was promoted to senior manager and moved over to one of their other stores around Cape Town. We were short of management, so we had to help out the sister stores. In 2022 I was running three different stores with help from junior managers. I left the company for two months but come back in February 2023 and was general manager of Bakoven Bootlegger.

I am currently still in this position but do feel like I can and would like to grow myself now and learn more and gain new skill sets.

There are a few duties that are under my responsibility, the day in and day out of running a restaurant. If that is opening or closing the shop, shifting staff accordingly to the budget we have been given for wages. Placing of orders Daily and controlling stock level to the right par level. Running the floor to make sure all customers are happy at all times
