and within appropriate time frames and business requirements.
12. Consistently interpret the environment to ascertain the implications of poor terminal
performance and business risks and
develop operational plans and/or corrective actions.
13. Provide guidance on practices, standardisation, integrated operations between
departments/divisions/terminal operators.
14. Lead operational risk management activities to enhance the value of the TNPA.
