I have a training mindset which has also led me in the direction of becoming a facilitator. I am planning to complete my ODETP NQF Level 5 to improve my skills in training and be part of shaping future leaders in companies and leave them with something they can use in the years to come.
I believe that training and upskilling is a never ending process and strive to constantly improve myself. You can never know what you don't know if you dont open your mind to learning.
