- Handle very confidential documents.
- Type reports, letters, memorandums and monitor flow of documents to the office of the Provincial Commissioner.
- Manage the electronic and manual diary.
- Receive and host visitors of the Provincial Commissioner’s Office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Provincial Commissioner.
- Organise internal and external meetings for the Provincial Commissioner and perform other general duties.
- Screen telephone calls and transmit the messages timeously.
- Respond and disseminate the public concerns to relevant offices.
- Handling of incoming and outgoing posts/files.
