  • I also supervised and prepared my team for certification audits, and ensured my farmers receive their premiums for producing certified cocoa beans.
  • I successfully passed my first Lindt verification audit in October 2019, three months into my role.
  • And subsequently, the UTZ certification audit took place in August 2020.
  • Apart from leading the Sustainable Management team to execute the sustainability programs, I was also the lead manager in the procurement of cocoa beans in my region.
  • I supported, trained, and motivated a team of ten procurement managers referred to as 'Franchise Holders.' These were bonded business owners who were funded to source cocoa beans from our certified and registered farmers.
  • For the 2019/2020 cocoa season, a procurement of 12,000.00 metric tons was successfully achieved out of a target of 11,500.00 metric tons.
  • I maintained a recovery level of 99% of funding, as against a target of 98%.
