executed in compliance with set SOP’s, policies, and legislation.

Strategy in order to eliminate fatalities and serious incidents and
reduce the total number of accidents within the organisation.
· To conduct Internal Audits, Inspections, Incidents Investigations
and Risk Assessments to ensure that a healthy and safe work
environment is maintained. Management of Safety, Health &
Environmental risks.
· Ensuring the implementation, integration, and coordination of the
HSE policies and standards at the Projects level.
· Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance: Compile and
present SHE reports and monitor trends and statistics.
· Develop and implement control measures and remedial actions to
reduce risk and prevent incidents or re-occurrence of incidents.
· Manage and coordinate the H&S strategic objectives and
initiatives e.g.: Risk or safety Management,
· Provide a Health & Safety input to the establishment of
the overall company strategic vision, mission and objectives.
· Responsible for the management & implementation of H&S
policies.
· Provide advice and guidance to internal and external parties on
H&S.
· Manage the coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual H &S
reports & audits.
