Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage an in-house team, overseeing their daily tasks, performance, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

• Solar System Installation: Oversee the installation of complete solar systems, including ground-mounted and roof systems. This involves managing everything from mounting structures to panels, as well as the installation of AC to inverters, electrical DB panels, and comms systems.
• Logistics Coordination: Handle the logistics and coordination of getting panels and equipment to the roof, ensuring smooth and safe transportation and installation.
• Cable Installation: Manage the installation of cable ways for DC cabling, ensuring safe and efficient routing for electrical connections across the site.
• Project Execution: Led the installation of over 25 MW of solar capacity, ensuring timely and quality delivery on each project.
• Operations and Maintenance (O&M):

Provide ongoing support and faultfinding for existing solar projects, including:
-Troubleshooting and replacing faulty inverters and panels.
-Faultfinding and replacing damaged DC cables.
-Assisting with system tie-ins and electrical connections.
-Faultfinding on communication systems and integration.

• Collaborated with other trade professionals to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within larger construction projects.
• Streamlined communication between management and team members, ensuring smooth project execution.
