• The ability for an app to enable the Users to view their Credit Profile and get Credit education.

Credit card application

• Currently the Credit Card product is not on any of the digital channels (i.e., DSP/App)
• Hence, this initiative outlines the business requirements need to build the Credit Card journey, in particular the New-to-Product Credit Card Acquisition journey, on the digital channels as outlined on the - Card on DSP process

• CRM System testing for migrating customers from Prepaid to Contract and also from Contract to Prepaid ,Testing to see customers were able to buy Airtime, lotto, data e.tc via Mobile App and USSD.

• Currently Migrating Policies from an old data base called Ilanga to the System called Compass and Policy servicing in the System Called Blueprint online as well as Contact Centre.

• FATCA/CRS customers the New Business process creates a FATCA Mind key case, and initiates the FATCA wizard (checklist) and addresses the self-certification requirements simultaneously
• We are also required to ensure that every time a customer makes an address change outside of South Africa, changes Contact Details, or where a contract is absolutely ceded to an owner outside of South Africa, or where the New Owner (when absolutely ceded) may have tax residency outside South Africa we are required to record and report these details and whether the customer is FATCA/CRS compliant or not.
