I assisted in determining the required number of packing that needs to be pre-printed to reduce months with high demand by analyzing historical company data and determining amounts required per month for relevant clients.

I assisted in implementing an updated warehouse management system. Where the company originally used Excel sheets and paperwork to manage stock coming in and out. We moved to a more effective barcode scanning system where information was automatically updated on the database.
