- Analyse work orders and schedule to plan machine downtime for preventive maintenance, repairs and projects through daily work in progress reports.
- Evaluate and priorities work requests based on tooling, labour and parts and other resources.
- Increase schedule compliance while reducing man-hours per work order.
- Perform a daily fleet audit to identify and schedule required maintenance items within appropriate time restraints usually for auxiliary equipment such as forklifts, tele-handlers and skid steer.
- Conducts weekly conference call with base supervisors to ensure all scheduled maintenance could be complied with.
- Manage backlog parts inventory. Meeting time work orders (backlogs) scheduled for PM are closed within 24 hours of completion to avoid unnecessary delays and cost; this includes entering and supervising the entry of all transactions such as purchase orders, issues and return adjustment. This also includes managing blocked invoices.
- Manage the work order system. This includes entering or supervising the entry of all work order transactions and providing the required reports to management and maintenance.
- Invoice generated work orders which had accumulated cost.
- Generates kits for scheduled work orders and projects to increase wrench time. Improved PMs and reduced percentage of unscheduled downtime (MTTR & MTBS as major key performance indicators - KPI).
- Creates daily work order schedule for engineers and mechanics to perform scheduled work orders.
- Schedule all maintenance activities (scheduled and unscheduled) to prevent minimum production downtime.
- Updates every component changed on MCTS (Major Components Tracking System) and the Repair Instruction Form (RIF) filled completely with all documentation intact and dispatched to various CRC branches which serves as a revenue to the company.
