  • Pay particular attention to the purpose of the company and it's share capital. Identify all beneficial owners of bearer shares.
  • Make sure that the correct checklist is followed depending on the risk level and jurisdiction of the corporate account
  • Collect and correctly label required documents when saving onto clients salesforce account. Simplified due diligence used on regulated companies
  • Request for approval from the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance department prior to setting up an account with bearer shares
  • Rule out hit based on information mismatch. FINSCAN,PEP, Experian reports or document picture comparison mismatch.
  • Update all required fields correctly in Hydra should correspond with the clients application form. Run TAX assessment. Update the exchange permissions in Internet Monitor if client has not signed the NYSE agreement
  • Liaise with the NYSE office to have corporate account set up. for clients that want to trade NYSE. Check for information accuracy on the agreement and addendum correspond with IM. Once receive approval from NYSE activate account in IM
  • Obtain approval from line manger to set up L2 accounts( exchange permissions and data feeds). Update status code L2 features and considerations
  • Correctly set up power of attorney or limited power of attorney on trading accounts. Forms from client and the attorney correctly completed
  • Use critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
  • Actively listen to customers' requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns.
  • Work flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.
