The contents of this document describe the relevant history of my vocation, qualifications, and personal characteristics that will hopefully convey a sense of engagement as may be deemed appropriate. My primary role has been in Quality Control/Assurance Inspector, with hands on, direct project field and workshop collaboration and interaction with the process owners, workers, third party and client representatives. Compliance in all respects is paramount, mitigating risk in all its forms being the primary objective, in achieving compliance. Customers satisfaction is essential, with this in mind it stands to reason, that customer satisfaction in a quality product, goods or service, is any organizations ultimate goal.
