Not being limited by my job description as an Account Executive, I have always been eager to broaden my growth by participating in pitches, new client work and sharing my knowledge through training and mentorship of junior colleagues. After joining Carat as an intern, in his 18 months career in media, I have worked on 7 pitches for new business and has on boarded 5 new clients. I have also committed myself to training the new intake of interns.
