More information is available on their website. - http://www.worldofwindows.co.za, Discovery Head Office Rooflite – Sandton, 2 Pybus Road – Sandton, Ridge 7 Office Building – KZN, The Hilton Hotel – Swaziland, One on 75 (Lanseria Warehouse and offices) Lanseria, Jakaranda Shopping Centre – Pretoria, One on Whitely -Sandton, Manage shop drawing approval process between sub-contractor, client, architects and engineers to ensure approvals in line with project specification and bill of Quantities., Identify cost variations throughout the approval process, and proactively raise the necessary RFI's and Variation Orders, Plan on site start up meetings with the main contractor to establish and agree on the following critical items:, program planning, establish deadlines to ensure interim and practical completion base program dates are met., proactively identify project risks and implement necessary action required., establish and agree communication channels between subcontractor, builder, professional teams and the client., Take site measurements to prepare working drawings for product manufacture., Resource planning, i.e., installation teams., Site progress tracking to ensure works are carried out as per specification., Submission of monthly claims to the main contractor and or PQS., Cost Control, particularly, but not limited to, managing on site variations., Raise RFDs to Engineers and / or architects throughout the installation process when required., Facilitate project hand over processes.
