I am currently the Process Manager at Fraser Alexander, having previously worked as a Production Manager and Plant Metallurgist at Platinum Mile Resources. A seasoned manager with more than 18 years of experience in platinum and coal processing plants. I have a unique capacity to collaborate with all stakeholders, with a focus on creating effective operating and maintenance systems that improve efficiency, production, and quality. Furthermore, I obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from the University of South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from NWU. During this program, I have been exposed to various subjects that helped me become an active manager and understand the organization's business area. These qualifications have equipped me with the requisite skills and knowledge to make valuable contributions within your organization.
