Develop and drive HR Strategies to ensure company achieves a fully functional HR department that promotes a healthy and professional working environment between employees and management., Efficiency in order to achieve the overall company goals and objectives., Adherence to policies and processes that drives business continuity., Drives recruitment policies and programs that promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition., Ensuring that forecasted staffing requirements (capacity/workforce planning) are documented and completed accordingly., Manages selection process in conjunction with Line Management., Perform all relevant checks on successful candidates before placements., Communicate the results of the interviews with candidates and give the report to Line Management., Make job offers when placements are confirmed and agreed upon and make available all the necessary contractual documentation., Co-ordinate induction process for new recruits and facilitate exit interviews during terminations., Advice Line Management on the process of managing performance., Ensure timeous appraisals and reviews., Line Managers in monitoring performance., Ensure all staff members have a signed, dated, and updated performance agreement in file!, Report to management on any snags in the process and advise on any skills gaps and training needs that will form part of the staff development plans as well as budget projection., Oversee staff training and development by actively engaging in the following:, Assist Line Management in performing skills analysis to identify gaps., Monitoring of training needs as per individual development plans set during appraisals., Actively facilitate a learning culture in the company, encouraging staff to take accountability for their own career development and advising when necessary., Manage processes of and report on WSP (Work Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Plan) various sector SETAs annually to ensure compliance., Custodian of coordination of learning programs both internally and with various SETAs by engaging all relevant stakeholders, managing applications and placements of learners, monitoring, and reporting on progress., Ensures that employee personal development target is met for purpose of Performance, Employment Equity and BBBEE prescriptions., Ensures that employment contracts have adequate information as per the prescriptions of BCEA and Labor Relations Acts and all other regulations as amended., Develop interventions that seek to promote positive staff morale and reduce misconducts., Facilitate adherence to HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation., Facilitate open communication with staff on behalf of Management & vice versa to promote positive culture., Overseeing payroll function and its administration., Advise staff and management on disciplinary code, processes in place to conduct hearings and deal with grievances., Facilitate disciplinary hearings including correspondence with and representation at CCMA., Ensuring that the company complies with the statutory requirements: EE Act, Skills Development Act, BCEA, COIDA, BBBEE by means of timeous reporting to the relevant bodies and facilitating payments of assessments and or contributions/declarations, and where necessary monitor of plans and projections., Providing detail HR progress report to Management
