  • In conjunction with the FH Creating Reservations, requisitions and entry sheets on sap. Viewing, Planning and finalizing complains on CRM Daily, Monthly and Yearly grass cutting planning in accordance to the allocated budget. Compiling daily, weekly and monthly SDBIP reports. under the supervision of the FH To identify projects, do the planning and co-ordination. Seasonal planning and maintaining of sports facilities including fertilizer plan, poison plan, spring and winter treatments. Inspection and maintenance of park furniture, paly equipment, plants and pathways. To undertake site inspections and visits to monitor and evaluate projects. To set standards and see that employees execute work accordingly. To handle all request and complaints from the community, councillors, and the mayor. To implement all relevant policies and by-laws. To manage all contracts and tenders and see that all specifications and conditions are met. Managing contractors, site meetings, OHS meetings and progress reports. Managing contractors purchase orders, invoices and arranging for payments. Under the supervision of the FH compile and plan Operational and Vems budgets.
