*Go Self-Drive Tours was acquired by Fleet Foot Safaris (company above) in 2016. I was hired to fill the same position for Go Self-Drive Tours as with Fleet Foot Safaris as a separate entity, simultaneously. Hence, the overlap in employment dates.

• Duties, responsibilities and achievements entailed the same as above with added emphasis on rebranding, restructuring and strategic development to break into the market as a travel & booking agency.
• From Feb. 2018 to Feb. 2020 revenue growth of 112% achieved.
• Having extensive destination knowledge in both my personal and professional capacity, I was able to effortlessly create, customize and sell self-drive itineraries for South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Lesotho, Swaziland and Rwanda.

• Communicated with select international clients to confirm itineraries, including methods of transportation, cultural standards, currency exchange and travel regulations.
• Assessed client needs and recommended appropriate products and services to meet preferences and budget.
• Conducted research and prepared meticulous travel itineraries complete with pricing, accommodation, airfare, transfer and tour information.
• Maintained operational proficiency in coordinating international travel accommodations for customers, arranging for airfare as well as hotel and rental car reservations.
