Accomplishments

During 2022 I was elected as an additional member for the NUSA - Rugby. When given the opportunity to serve as the Safeguarding Officer, I took the opportunity with great ease, as I am very passionate about the safeguarding of our athletes as well as our coaching staff and managers in General.

At the end of 2023 I was approached to act as Team Manager for the University Invitational Team to Botswana. This was a very successful tournament and I gained a lot of experience.

During 2024 I was appointed as the Team Manager for the Women's 7's Rugby Team that partook at the FISU World Championship in France, Aix-en-Province. The experience gained from the Botswana tour gave me enough knowledge to do the necessary research and gathering of information as to ensure a successful pre-camp and tour to France. Ensuring that all relevant documents of all staff and players are in order. That the medical supplies were sufficient, that the logistical side were arranged and coordinated. Effective communication was the keys to as successful tour.
