Testing and challenging the provisions of the National Credit Act, 38 of 2005 as applicable to the searches and seizures of documentation and information performed at the premises of service providers. Testing and challenging the constitutionality of the deprivation of rights of trans - gender pilots as imposed by the Civil Aviation Authority of South Africa relating to the issuing of medical certificates, premised on medical regulations and protocols enacted nationally.
