  • Project Management: Oversee the project management of contracts based on New Engineering Contracts (NEC) and performed through the subsidiary. Also, the leader and driver of the project from inception to the current implementation phase ensuring the cost, time, and quality value to the Client. The effective management of all the participating professional consultants and the project team.
  • Infrastructure / Engineering Management: Oversee and co-ordinated all the engineering technical aspects for the provision of rail including of the related infrastructural projects and utilities provision.
