Notes

I have always approached my sales and marketing efforts with a great deal of strategic thought. This has ensured that my teams and I have managed to meet short-term revenue targets, while maintaining long-term relationships and thus ensuring long-term investment. I have been fortunate enough to have my own sales portfolio to manage and grow, have been in charge of smaller sales teams and was also the GM of a team of 227 sales people and 26 direct reports, meaning that I have a very clear understanding of the various roles and responsibilities in people management and ensuring that the teams I work with are happy and deliver great work. I have a great interest in technology and IT and I am very comfortable in the digital arena, having done the Circus Street training modules in addition to the various other digital training I have done, which includes YouTube certification. I am also a very adept manager who is more than capable of managing people, process, budget and Client expectations. I consider myself a team-player and always strive to ensure that all my various goals and targets are met.
