Dylan Jahnig

Founded Linc Church in 2008.

Since then Linc has grown to two campuses, which welcome over 1800 people through their doors a weekend.

The Salt Rock campus has a broad offering of rentable office space, boardrooms and co-work space, a public coffee shop, a pre-school, gym, and auditorium (theatre).

Responsibilities have included:

• Collaborated with church leadership to plan master calendar of events.
• Leading the staff team of 35 people that oversee the church, as well as chairing the board of both Linc Church (NPC), and Linc Foundation (NPC).
• Oversaw administration and management of all areas of ministry.
• Provided spiritual care through visitation, counseling, and prayer.
• Led programs such as worship, study, fellowship, and service opportunities.
• Planned and conducted worship services, wrote sermons, and worked with key church leaders to carry out church mission.
• Expanded missions outreach efforts to include partnerships with international organizations, increasing global impact on communities in need.
• Facilitated spiritual growth opportunities through small group leadership development, empowering lay leaders to take on increased responsibilities within the congregation.
• Managed budgets responsibly, allocating funds appropriately to support ongoing ministry initiatives and maintaining the long-term financial health of the church.
• Developed and executed strategic plans to expand ministry offerings, ensuring alignment with the church''s mission and vision.

• Contributed to the successful implementation of a new ERP system, resulting in increased efficiency across all departments.
• Prepared thorough reports, commentaries and financial statements.
• Supported the development of strategic plans with detailed financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Identified past financial trends, performed risk management and predicted future outcomes and needs.
