Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies
to excel in their roles.
Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
Deliver training to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training
sessions.
Identifying & Analyzing Training needs for the entire 7companies
Sourcing, Development & Outsourcing of requisite Training
Management & monitoring of Training Budget
Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.
Management of the L&D Framework
Develop and implement the Group Training Strategy aligned to TBWA strategic objectives
Ensure the delivery of multi-tier training across 5 levels in the organization: Strategic, Technical, Basic, Compliance, and
Developmental Training
Establish and develop the groups’ e-learning strategy
Develop and maintain a stakeholder interaction strategy
Development and implementation of Needs Analysis framework.
Establishment of a Learning culture
Facilitate and provide guidance on creating the right environment for learning in the organization
Provide guidelines to remove barriers in learning (Accessibility Infrastructure and Cost)
Ensure that the learning culture is cascaded to every level in the organization
Encourage and educate managers on developing and empowering employees
Encourage and educate employee on taking accountability for own personal development
