Finance and accounting leader with 20+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial controls, process optimization, and team management. Proven track record of leading accounting teams, designing and implementing process improvements that eliminate financial inaccuracies, reduce costs, and strengthen controllership. Experienced in managing complex AP/AR portfolios, reconciling multi-entity general ledgers, developing SOPs, and driving measurable operational results across organizations. Strong analytical background with expertise in identifying root causes of financial discrepancies, recouping overpayments, and building reporting frameworks that inform business decisions. Forensic accounting foundation supports a rigorous approach to financial data integrity and compliance. Experienced working across cloud-based financial platforms including AP automation, SaaS ERP systems, and cloud project management tools.

Talented financial leader well-versed in accounting principles and regulations. Motivated to keep company financial operations compliant, accurate and cost-effective. Ready to bring 25+ years of experience and take on challenging new role.

Controlling expert with 5+ years of experience across various streams in banking business. Delivered 5+ projects with a focus on commercial business and financial services, e.g. pricing, data transformation, business development, etc. Acquired significant international exposure having worked in diverse teams in 3 languages (predominantly in English, Serbian and slightly in German). My strengths are structured and systematic problem solving, conceptual and holistic approach, communication and presentation skills, creativity, collaboration and empathy skills.

Energetic senior controller focused on process improvement and efficiency in the areas of financial reporting and investor communications. Highly effective at time management, and interacting productively with colleagues and clients. Versatile, organized and detail-oriented. Bringing 11 years of experience in fund reporting and audits.
