•Prepare annual financial statements and review financial statements for clients.
•Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and key performance indicators specific to clients' industries.
•Assist clients in preparing and filing tax returns, including Company Tax Returns, Provisional Taxes, PAYE, VAT and Individual Tax Returns.
•Handling clients full bookkeeping functions and reporting for a portfolio of clients

•Generate customized reports and presentations for clients, offering insights and recommendations for improved financial management.
•Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry regulations, and tax laws specific to clients' business structures and jurisdictions.
•Conduct regular internal control reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clients' financial records and controls.
•Streamline clients' financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
•Implement best practices in accounting procedures, such as bookkeeping, financial documentation, and record-keeping, tailored to the needs of clients.
•Utilize accounting software and tools to automate processes, improve data accuracy, and increase overall productivity for clients.
•Collaborate with clients' internal teams, including finance, tax, and operations departments, to gather and analyze financial data and provide relevant insights for cost reductions.
•Work closely with clients to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with their specific goals and objectives.
•Assist clients in resolving complex accounting and tax issues, providing guidance and recommendations for optimal financial management.
•Provide guidance, mentorship and workshops for clients’ finance teams, fostering their professional development.
•Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, covering accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the firm's operations.
