I am a seasoned quantity surveyor professional with over seven years’ experience in the monitoring, management and delivery of property development projects.


I have extensively participated in the planning and management of a successful R1.2 Billion property development programme. In addition, I have successfully led the establishment of a building and maintenance division and standard operating procedures thereof within a construction company which led to optimized operations and cost savings on a number of projects.


My core competencies include property and construction management, feasibility assessment, cost estimation and budget development, project monitoring, evaluation and reporting as per pre-determined operational delivery plans.
