Developed the entire Quality Assurance Process for the Studio, from the ground up, achieving full verification from Leadership, Development Team and other relevant stakeholders.

Developed a full JIRA Project Process for Game Technology Review; defining a novel approach for the GTR Team | Development of the process required a trial and error approach to align with daily workflow, and is as such still an on-going project - but has been in use by the GTR Team since its inception in 2018 | Developed the initial planning flow and procedures for; ‘Starting a Project’, ‘Reviewing a Project’, and ‘Signing Off on a Project’ - building the environment for handling all of this within JIRA.
Completed a Secondment to Hong Kong, to train an External Studio with regards to Game Technology Review and assist in improving testing efforts and guidelines for overall project / product quality from a Quality Assurance perspective - including ‘How to Pass Strict Internal Technology Reviews’ | The Studio no longer requires reviews on their products, due to consistent high-quality standard since training.
Maintained consistent high performance for each quarterly review, with an average performance metric of 80% | Achieved one of the highest ‘Defects Logged Counts’ within the Department, from 2016 to 2019.
Appointed as a Presenter for the Game Developer Conference - the company’s Internal Conference - presenting on camera to a large / multi-national audience on; Art Assets Optimization, Device Compatibility and Loading Profile.
