As head of community I have the below responsibilities:

• Community Strategy & Growth: Developed and executed comprehensive community strategies to foster engagement and growth across multiple platforms, including social media, forums, and events.
• User Engagement & Advocacy: Build and nurture strong relationships with community members, influencers, and partners. Acted as the voice of the community within the company, advocating for user needs and feedback to improve product offerings.
• Content & Communications: Led the creation of educational content, newsletters, and community updates to keep users informed and engaged. Ensured consistent and clear communication of the company’s vision, mission, and updates.
• Event Management: Organized and hosted online and offline events, including AMAs, webinars, and meetups, to deepen community ties and promote the platform. Managed event planning, execution, and post‑event analysis to maximize impact and learning.
• Team Leadership: In charge of recruitment, training, and management of a team of community managers and moderators. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team was equipped to handle community inquiries, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive community environment.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Monitored community metrics and feedback to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions. Used data‑driven insights to optimize engagement tactics and community initiatives.

• Managing all community channels in the Africa region such as Telegram, responding to community questions, educating the community through offline and online events, moderating Discord channel, managing social media accounts, managing ASO and SEO, creating and executing paid ads strategy, running growth campaigns, and writing and executing marketing plan for South Africa.

• Running all social media accounts for AltCoinTrader, responding to and engaging with clients, creating copy for media channels, and developing a Discord channel.

• Running, managing, and creating content for the AltCoinTrader YouTube channel, planning and creating content, educating the community, running giveaways, and responding to comments.

• Answering calls and emails from clients and assisting them with their queries as a FICA support agent.

• Running and managing a junior cricket academy, scheduling training sessions, communicating with clients, and running social media platforms for the academy.

• Qualified as a BAA medic after completing training at ER24 Paulshoff.
