I've done everything associated with a FMCG operation with my main focus the past 23 years being inventory procurement. Prior to that, I was the General Manager at two other Retail supermarkets where I've done everything from inventory control, payroll, staffing, HR, P&L, procurement and all aspects pertaining to an FMCG operation . In my last place of employment, we won the 2013 National Franchisee of the year Award and we were a finalist in 2017 when my own store was nominated. Prior to my retail career I was a distribution manager for a furniture manufacturer and warehouse manager in the automotive industry.
