My back-ground is quite vast as I have worked at many different styles of restaurants I love cooking Tapas style of food but most recently fell in love with the baking and making many different sourdoughs, ciabattas and breads, since a very young age I always have been in love with cooking from cooking in the kitchen with nana, I would say she is the one who got me into my deep love of the kitchen, I remember being just 6 years old and helping her cooking dinner till when i was older and cooking for her on visits. Cooking for me is not only a job but a passion i have, i may not be a fine dining chef but the food I do make is amazing and tastey.
