6. COMMUNITY SERVICE OR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Student support and motivation: Throughout my post graduate studies at UWC, I have been actively engaged with motivating students to see the strength of Mathematics and its vast applications, sometimes as a group during classes and sometimes during one-on-one interaction with students. Overall, I motivate an average of about 400 students a year., I have also been actively involved with the Mathematics club, where close to 250 students are a part., Noticing my enthusiasm to motivate students, I was nominated by the Department for Student Empowerment Management Unit via the Mathematics Departments to deliver an encouraging talk to one hundred metric students that visited UWC on 2025-10-03 under the SEMU-Kutlwanong grade 12 leaners program aimed at motivating these learners to register at UWC especially for Mathematics and other STEM subjects., I was also nominated to MC the lunching of the Math club for 2025.
