• Plan and coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and priorities with operational team (all planned and related work and shut downs)
• Liaise and communicate effectively with other Foreman/Supervisors/departments
• Monitoring and over inspect plant and equipment, including condition monitoring
• Control SHEQ and report regularly on costs, targets, actuals, objectives
• Oversee the quality of workmanship and conduct regular inspections and planned task observations
• Coaching and mentoring of learners and Artisans
