• Solid experience in designing and implementing secure architectures for networks, systems, applications, and cloud environments. This involves a thorough understanding of security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement and manage secure network solutions based on Fortinet Technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiMail, FortiAuthenticator and FortiSwitch)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and firewall issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, VOIP, SD-WAN)
• Perform regular security assessments and implement best practices for network hardening.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, change management and procedures.

• Investigate security incidents and provide timely response and resolution.
• Maintain security controls and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of security documentation, including incident response plans and standard operating procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding security-related concerns and best practices.
• Experience in conducting security audits and risk analysis across clients network as well as Fortigate Firewalls.

In this role, the primary responsibility was to meticulously review and asses service level agreements (SLAs) that were submitted by the sales team. The focus was on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of each contract.

This involved a detailed examination to verify that all required information was correctly filled out in the agreement forms and that any supplementary documents or addendums were appropriately attached. The aim was to guarantee the integrity and compliance of the contractual documentation, providing a crucial quality control measure before formalizing agreements with clients or external parties.

In this role I also moved a large quantity of the paper based contracts to digital copies, to ensure the Availability of data

In this role I learnt how to work with large amounts of data whilst ensuring the data went through a quality control to ensure data Integrity as well as the ability to work with Confidential information.

In this contact center role, I was responsible for scheduling appointments for clients to have their fingerprints taken for background screening checks. I also obtained a certification enabling me to capture fingerprints on Sagem Morphosmart device via smartscreen and interpret backround screening reports.

The role allowed me to gain vital knowledge on interacting with clients in a call center roles and strengthened my communication skills.
