• Responsibilities:

Enterprise Banking Department Duties:

• Opening business accounts on the ESP (Electronic Sales Platform) system, checking the company’s status on Experian, dealing with overdrafts, issuing proof of bank account, and fixing the rejected bank accounts.

Fix Assets Department Duties:

• Doing the Daily Balancing (SAP Galaxy) report, the Weekly GL/Account Balance report, creating shopping cards, and doing the approval and rejection of shopping cards, as well as doing journal bulk uploading, creating asset master records, and doing transactions for asset retirement and scrapping.
