I am currently a Support Engineer with a proven track record at ABSA Bank, excelling in project management and effective communication. Adept at enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and leadership. I have so far been involved in 3 projects within the Desktop Support space, managed 2 and I am currently running a MacBook POC project. I also work with Technology teams and Leads across the Business unit and assist with new joiners requests, computer peripherals requests and change of machine specs ad all computer elated requests come to my queue.
