I am currently a Support Engineer with a proven track record at ABSA Bank, excelling in project management and effective communication. Adept at enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and leadership. Skilled in technical support and critical thinking, driving successful project outcomes and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. I have so far been involved in 3 projects within the Desktop Support space, managed 2 and I am currently running a MacBook POC project. I have over 3 years experience in managing projects and resources. I hold a degree in Psychology which I believe contributes to my people management skills. I lead internal communications, stakeholder engagements and provide strategic project support. I also work with Technology teams and Leads across the Business unit and assist with new joiners requests, computer peripherals requests and change of machine specs ad all computer elated requests come to my queue. I am currently doing my online Scrum Master certifications as this is a field I want to grow in. In addition I am a true driver of team performance and growth!

Resource management and Delivery Support

  • Manage the team milestones, deliverables and ensure that all deadlines are met and all deliverables are met in a timeous manner.
