- To assist in updating and maintaining the sound of the station by updating and maintaining imaging
- To ensure that we deliver on commercial commitments to clients by overseeing correct loading of contracts, supervising of network balancing & spot log movements as well as supervising the editing of the 702 & Cape Talk commercial logs on a daily basis
- To constantly listen to and monitor the radio station to ensure that all programmes are broadcast uninterrupted and according to the required standards To liaise with IT & Technical in the event that there is an interruption or degradation in the quality standards of the programmes broadcast to ensure that the broadcast is restored or restored to the required quality standards To assist with the resolution of technical faults in the studios by liaising with the IT & Technical Department To monitor, and maintain access to the stations Audio Archive Co-ordinating the Technical Producers shifts for inclusion on the 702 Programming Roster

- This included editing pre-recorded shows and promos that would go on air
- Uploaded podcasts on the stations website for different shows

- This station is a small community music radio station so most of their shows were pre – recorded
- As a Studio engineer I did however work on 3 live shows
