- Possess a sound understanding of the Mineral Rights application processes as regulated under the MPRDA, along with the critical supporting documents such as the Mine Works Programme (MWP), Social and Labour Plan (SLP) and Environmental Management Programme (EMPr)
- Familiar with the structure, purpose, and regulatory importance of the Mine Works Programme (MWP) as required under the MPRDA.
- Update Business Development action-tracking sheets and manage OKR's
- Familiar with the principles and methodologies used in the valuation of coal remnants and non-core assets.
