1. Stock Accounting which include, and not limited to daily stock balancing, filling, investigating out of tolerance inventory gain\losses. Giving explanations and execution of corrective action. • Responsible for the daily execution and balancing of Stock Control in the Terminal and to ensure that the Terminal comply with the Stock Control Standard, SAP, EDI and FuelFACS policies and procedure.
s 2. Invoicing which include, and not limited to creating Vendor Trips, daily, weekly monthly inventory reconciliation.
3. Operators which include, and not limited to dipping of tanks, receipting pipeline, product sampling\testing, and bridging of trucks.
4.Complience which include and not limited to filling and updating Spreadsheets(Road Bridging,Pipeline,Additive Levels,Tracking Data,Vapour Recovery, Daily loss gains and Weekly Lookback.
