  • Processing Foreign Payments
  • Working on Oracle system and Temporary Appointment System (TAS) for approval of contracts and claims.
  • Check and verify the employment contracts are correctly completed and relevant supporting documents are attached.
  • Check and Verify the calculation of the amount claimed and total units according to the approved temporary rates.
  • Capturing new employees on Oracle who were not processed through Temporary Appointment System (TAS).
  • Extracting Temporary Budget Costing Report to check if there is enough budget and notify the Line Manager.
  • Providing technical support to other department for all new employees that were not pulled through from Temporary Appointment System to Oracle
  • Attend to Pay day Queries such as, unpaid employees and process Salary Advance Payments.
  • Reconcile all temporary payment element against costing reports after pay roll run.
  • Run Quick Pay (a temporary payslip for an individual to check if the payment was pulled through)
  • Process termination of contracts for employees leaving the organization.
  • Prepare UI19 documents for employees leaving the organization to claim their Unemployment Insurance Fund benefits.
  • Comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Make corrections such as, employee bio-graphics, Income Tax number, Postal Address and Residential Address and Contact Details.
  • Responded to questions from employees about their paychecks or deductions via email, phone calls and walk-ins in a timely manner.
