Responsibilities

• Create fair and reasonable daily work assignments.
• Brief the team on their daily duties and any other information pertaining to the department at the start of each shift.
• Ensure that cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained at all times according to company standards.
• Oversee stock counts, place orders, and capture invoices.
• Draft staff rosters for management approval.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections and liaise with the maintenance department to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
