· Minimize Rand water consumption by utilizing proceed and steam condensate water recovered at the effluent and sodium plant.
Achievements: Coal study: Reduced coal consumption by optimizing the boiler stoker speed and coal bed height.
Section :Sodium Sulphate crystallizer
· Recovery of effluent stream to produced clean process water.
