Driving assurance coverage across the respective risk disciplines (Third Party, People, Information Risk and Functional Risk Management coverage);
Enhanced audit efficiency by implementing risk-based audit strategies and streamlining processes, developing and maintaining coverage approaches and maps;
Providing technical guidance, and enhancing skills and competence through training and toolkits across GIA including engaging in best practice forums, webinars, and research with external organizations to keep abreast with industry trends;
NFR Integration role and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with senior management across 2nd Line Risk Function, as well as provide key inputs into annual planning and risk assessments processes;
Contribute to the development and implementation of team operating and engagement model, resource management and coordination of activities;
Report into portfolio governance committees providing collective audit outcomes and opinions, audit metrics, risk themes, risk insights and risk foresights on the portfolio;
Motivates, empowers and seeks to inspire people (direct reports, audit teams and groups) in which I operate
