Customer Service :As a customer service I've learned how to work effectively under high pressure circumstances in regards to work load as well as assisting customers whether it be by changing pertinent details and information as each customer requests or even while figuring out system queries on a customer 's policy,by reaching out to the allocated financial back office or underwriters.
CMS: Working in customer service I also acquired the skills of a complaints handler ,which means customers would raise complaints varying from shallow issues to dire scenarios .

Asset Management: While I was exposed to Asset Management I worked closely with our Quality Assurance Team and learned how to capture and jot down the various location and condition of Government inventory and assets.
I also acquired the knowledge on the procedure on how to dispose and allocate certain inventory of the Government along with verifying and allocating inventory with barcodes ,validating it as Government owned assets.
I then developed the ability to draw up comprehensive reports for imperative information about all government assets.
During my stay at Old Mutual I was dealing with handling client queries in respect to their insurance queries ,logging logbooks and working on Old Mutual's database 'OMUNET' and of course learning on the job about the Johannesburg Stock Market and necessary Legal Protocols within insurance.
