- Taking minutes.
- Asset verification.
- Secretarial services; typing, faxing, filing and photocopying.
- Archive and store all correspondence and documents.
- Prepare Purchase and receipting orders.
- Capture all Purchase Orders for budget and tracking alerting.
- Log calls on the IT Helpdesk.
- Close helpdesk calls.
- Ensure all calls are resolved to the user's satisfaction.
