Diakanyo (Thea) Ngele has over 10 years' experience gained from working in curriculum development across higher education institutions in South Africa. In addition, she is well versed in teaching online. Thea has presented her research at conferences internationally and nationally and she holds a Masters in Administration in Public Administration from the University of South Africa and is currently pursuing her PhD in Public Administration. She pursued her undergraduate and honours qualification at the University of Pretoria. She is passionate about research, especially research pertaining to curriculum development with the goal of improving and strengthening the development of higher education curricula for the future generation.
