Taking inbound call within the main call centre . Spend majority of time taking high volume inbound calls in the Tele utility centre. Utilize support groups as applicable and or conference call setup. Ensure national Tel utility database and local calls directory is current. Assumes additional responsibilities such as RSVP: I own the RSVP task id. I load all events on the database. Ensure that the team is aware of the requirements for an event and has all updated and new invites/events and event index. Ensure that the data quality is always up to standard. To meet the SLA requirements within 2 hours or less. I also serve as a stand-in for the Task ID's below: IBM4YOU, Business Centre, Shop Specialist, Shop Education, Partnerline. Voice mail: Retrieve the daily after-hours voice mail. Keep records on file for the weekly totals of the voice mail. Security: Before and after-hours security checks. Make sure that all comply with security standards. Work Station Security Tool. Business Controls: Training new hires on Security process such as Bomb threat Evacuation, Disaster Recovery Plan. Ensuring that desktop procedures and processes are periodically reviewed and updated. Adhering to the workplace security regulations and record management regulations.
