• In my role as a Business/Feature Analyst (working on projects using the SAFe Agile framework), I am responsible for: gathering and reviewing requirements from the Product Owner, analyzing these requirements, facilitating meetings between the feature team and the Product Owner, defining user stories and acceptance criteria for each module's features, discussing and refining user stories with the feature team, participating in the development and testing phases, conducting demo sessions and training on the solution, creating training materials and quick reference guides, and providing support during the go-live phase.
• As a Scrum Master, my responsibilities include: managing and facilitating delivery within a feature team framework, guiding the team in utilizing SAFe Agile and Scrum practices, helping the team become self-organizing and make autonomous yet well-communicated decisions, removing blockers or impediments, assisting the team in resolving impediments by connecting them with the appropriate personnel, and setting up and facilitating PI planning sessions.
